Multiple Deliveries
If you would like to send your products to different addresses within Nigeria, you can select the multiple delivery option at checkout and send each product from your order to a different address. The delivery charge will be applied to each delivery address selected but is not affected by the number of products that you would like to have delivered to each address. This option is not currently available for deliveries outside the Nigeria.
Shipping Methods
International deliveries are handled by UPS. All shipments that are sent by Polo Avenue are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm CAT (with the exception of Nigerian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest and deliveries are within 72 hours for orders within Nigeria and 5 days for international orders.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Times
All shipping costs for orders over 5000 USD are free of charge within Nigeria.
